- SERVICES
2.1 This Website provides the User with access to the Forex Mentoring Training Programme. The User can sign up to undertake the Course as provided in the marketing material on this Website, inclusive of one-to-one mentoring which, for the time being, is delivered by Dr Corvin Codirla but may, from time to time, be delivered by other competent trainers as offered by the Company. If the User does not agree with the applicable Terms and Conditions then the User is not authorised to use this Website to purchase the Services.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by updating this page of this Website. Use of this Website after the Terms and Conditions have been updated constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as updated.
2.3 This Website and all Intellectual Property Rights contained therein are the properties of the Company save in respect of the Intellectual Property Rights belonging to any licensor, advertisers, partners, investors or sponsors of this Website from time to time.

- USE OF WEBSITE BY THE USER
3.1 This Website constitutes an invitation to treat. By using this Website, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of the Company’s {Privacy Policy}.
3.2 Having reviewed the description of the Services on this Website, the User can express an interest in the Services by signing up and paying for the FX Mentoring Training Programme. In the event the Company is unable to deliver the Services to the User through no fault of the User, the Company shall fully reimburse the User.
3.3 Payment is accepted via PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s standard terms.
3.4 The engagement of the Services by the User shall create a binding agreement between the Company and the User.
3.5 Once the Services of the Company have been engaged by the User, the Company shall contact the User to agree dates for delivery of the Services.
3.6 USER OBLIGATIONS
3.6.1 The User using this Website acknowledges that the User will not be required to provide information such as banking details or PIN number to the Company.
3.6.2 The User agrees and warrants that the User will agree to these Terms and Conditions and shall execute a hard copy of these Terms and Conditions if so requested by the Company.
3.6.3 The User agrees to indemnify and keep fully indemnified the Company against any and all loss or damage of any kind suffered as a result of the User’s use of the Services and/or this Website or any breach or non-observance of these Terms and Conditions.
- COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The Company is responsible for providing the Services to the User with care and professionalism.
4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall have the right to withhold or suspend the Services or dates of delivery as the Company deems appropriate and without any liability to the User.
4.3 Any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be communicated to the User.
4.4 The Company shall endeavour to establish and maintain reasonable safeguards against the destruction, loss or unauthorised alteration of this Website and shall institute security procedures to restrict unauthorised access to this Website, data and data files, including any back up material.

6.1.1 the Company’s maximum aggregate liability in respect of the Services shall under no circumstances exceed the fees paid by the User for the Services. The Company shall have no further liability to the User in respect of the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise; and
6.1.2 the Company shall not be liable to the User in respect of the Services for any loss of actual or anticipated income or profits, loss of contracts or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, whether or not such loss or damage is foreseeable, foreseen or known.
- CANCELLATION
7.1 Once the User pays for the Services but before the Services are delivered, the User has a right to cancel the Services and request a full refund. However, once the User accesses or receives any of the Course materials, whether hard or soft copies received from the Company, or online from time to time, the right to cancel shall cease.
- DISCLAIMER
8.1 Whilst the Company provides certain guarantees which are contingent upon the full engagement of the Services by the User and the completion of all modules of the FX Mentoring Training Programme, the Company cannot be held responsible for the User’s failure to implement the strategies taught in the Course.
8.2 Whilst the Company offers the User a robust trading education, FX trading involves risk of loss. No completely safe trading exists and no system or trader can guarantee profits or assure no losses will be made. Past performance is not always an indicator of future results.
8.3 The Company does not endorse the content of any advertisements located on this Website. The Company shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever or howsoever arising in respect of any advertisement by an external advertiser.

9.1 Where applicable from time to time the use of the Tutors’ information is governed by the Company Privacy Policy.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Website and supersede all prior terms and agreements between the parties relating to it.

11.1 Any notice to be served under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and served upon the other Party at its address (in the case of the Company provided in the Company’s material from time to time) either by hand or by first class pre-paid post and shall be deemed served 48 hours after posting if sent by post, or on delivery if delivered by hand.
- LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the Parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
